I’ve heard it said, “Leave it to people that film and photograph weddings do it right,” and Emily was no exception to this rule. Her and Jake’s wedding embodied the word classy. Everything that Emily touched clearly matched her style, while everything that Jake touched matched his. And Jake’s style was superheroes.

One year from when they started dating, Joanna and Michael were married at Spinelli’s Cathedral in Comfort, Texas. It was quaint, cozy, and matched them perfectly. After Joanna said her vows Michael pulled out his guitar and sang “Cross My Heart” by George Strait as his vows. She loved it, and it was one of the best ceremonies I’ve ever filmed.

Maverick’s love for film is so great, that their wedding was made completely around that theme. From a movie slate groom’s cake to the minister that spoke extensively about how their wedding resembled a movie, everything felt like Hollywood. I guess that made me the paparazzi.
