Cameron and Megan made filming their wedding almost too easy. Between Cam’s awesome antics every time the camera was on him and Megan looking beautiful, this film basically edited itself.
Cameron was my Impact co-chair way back in 2009, when I bought my first DSLR. He possesses the rare talent of being able to make a speech about any topic at all and make you fired up about it. I met his wife Megan outside a Sam’s Club one day and felt pretty sure they were a perfect match. When he proposed, I hoped he’d call me about filming the wedding. Sure enough he did, and I’m happy to say Megan and Cameron are one of the most animated and happy couples I’ve ever met.

The thread running through the film is Cameron’s countdown. He checks in with the camera through the morning, telling us how long is left. About an hour and a half. Almost an hour. Minutes. It gives the whole thing a shape, and it makes the moment it finally arrives land properly.
I loved filming this one and getting to show how happy they are. The countdown made it really fun too.
Filmed at First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, by me and Ashley Stineman. Music is “White Dress” by Ben Rector, licensed from The Music Bed.
