This New Years Eve was special, and not just because it was the start of a new decade or that it started with one of my favorite numbers, but because Waldo chose it to propose to his girlfriend Michelle.  After months of preparation, he chose to propose at her family’s annual New Years Eve party at the moment the clock struck midnight.  Watch the end of the video to see the epic proposal!
