These are my favorite lenses that I bring to every wedding that I film! They work with nearly every camera, and are surprisingly affordable too. 😊
Always 1992 | A Colorado Travel Film About Brotherhood
Some of my earliest memories are of Summer trips my family would take to stay at a cabin on a ranch in Southern Colorado. My brother and I practically grew up there, but we found that as we grew older, the ranch was one of those rare places that were frozen in time. Here, it was always 1992.
I know this isn’t a typical Wedding Film or tutorial, but I hope you enjoy watching this personal travel film to one of my favorite places on Earth.
Once you’ve watched the film, check out the behind the scenes:
My Prism got an Upgrade! Mind-boggling in camera effects with Prism Lens FX
I always carry a prism in my bag when filming weddings, ready to use it for a ton of creative in-camera effects. Is it possible to improve upon my basic prism though? There’s a small company called Prism Lens FX trying to do just that! I tested their prism and lens filters at a wedding, and am now ready to share if they are worth the price.

It has been nearly 10 years since I filmed my first wedding way back in early 2010! It’s time to watch that wedding film and react to how well I did (or didn’t do). 😂
