Traves,
You sound as though you are a very consciencious individual and sensitive to not only your own feelings, but the feelings of others as well. This is refreshing in such a selfish, uncaring world. At a time when so many are unable to find employment, you have work. You must be valuable at your job. That's great today. It sounds like you have some understandable frustrations, though. Some you have no control over and some you do.
Here are some thoughts to chew on: For example, it's out of your control what transpires between the two managers and any reactions they may have, insofar as it's not directly related to your expected work output. Also, if you didn't witness someone erasing your hours, how can you be certain it was your manager?
If it positively could only be her, you have two choices: *approach her or don't approach her. If you decide to approach her, (say a brief prayer that you maintain Christian qualities) you need simply address her by name and ask how she is today and then, after she answers, say, something appropriate like, "That's good." or "I'm sorry to hear that." Then, tell her you 'are puzzled by a change that was made on the hours you posted.' (Assuming you put 43 overtime and it was changed to 40 overtime--you are unclear about the change) "Would you prefer I put the three hour change on the next pay period to stay within the recommended 40 hr maximum?"
Now, she'll either say, "That would be fine", or, "You're not getting paid for any hours over the 40 hours overtime." Period. If the latter is the case, you'll know next time to excuse yourself after reaching 40 hours.
You can always ask if something you said or did upset the manager. It's okay to ask how you are doing and in what ways could you improve. Be willing to consider criticism and even changing something to accommodate others. You can always say, "I've been working on that." When you truly realize that no matter how much effort you put into it, you will be unable to read another's mind to know what thoughts are behind any facial expression. When you truly realize this, you'll be able to block the draining negative thoughts that draw conclusions that most times are far from actuality.

At my job I work very hard within this call center. My manager Pearline Graham main manger Kim Filardi over my department is soo nasty and wicked. She's not friendly at all and when you speak to her she looks at you with this nasty look as if she's better that any one else in the department. Aside from that when pressure comes from the cases that we handle she pushes it off on my manager Mrs.Pearline to place pressure on us to work the cases. I work very hard and do a lot of ovetime here. To make a long story short. This pay peroid I worked over 43 hours of overtime. We're not suppose to go over 40. But my Manager would act mean with it but at the same time she wants me to help her take down cases wihen they pile up just to saver her from being pressured. However, I came intoday to check my time in etime some of my hours were erased by her. I didn't say anything to her about it. I just think that wasn't fair and it was mean and nasty. I ask for God favor to hanlde this matter any way he see fit. I pray that he works inside this work place on the people who need to be dealt with. I pray that everything that was done for spite shall return back to e as a powerful blessing in the name of Jesus I ask lord that you bless me with confirmation to know that it's by your works that you're going to handle this matter and to stop them all in here from their wicked and nasty ways. Favor me on this Job Lord In everyway possible.
